Do you want to minimize your pollen symtoms then LightAir air purifiers are one of the best choices on the market for you!
Pollen can find multiple ways into our homes. It can get stuck on our clothes when we are outside and we carry it home with us. It goes straight through our ventilation system and windows.
Pollen in itself is rather large and without the help of wind it will shortly land on a surface. If it is indoors you will probably vacuum or wipe the pollen away. However most pollen is crushed into finer pollen dust that can stay airborne for a long time and it is these pollen particles that we inhale and react to!
How can LightAir improve my allergy symptoms?
Our air purifiers is very effective in catching fine particles from the air such as pollen dust. We effectively reduce the pollen concentration in the air and thereby provide a more allergy friendly environment to live and work in.
Our air purifiers are specialists in removing the finest particles in the air, called ultra fine particles. These represent more than 90% of all particles in the air. It has been proven that these fine particles severely aggravate allergic reaction of for example pollen up to 100 times!

What is a pollen?
Pollen is plants way to reproduce and also considered an allergen. Pollen is as fine as 0.03 millimeter in diameter and is crushed into even finer powder making it easier to stay airborne and unfortunately inhaled by people. Enormous amounts of pollen that comes from trees, grasses, flowers and weeds are spread through the air during spring, summer and fall. Pollen enters our homes and workplaces through ventilation system and open windows and doors. Pollen also gets stuck in our hair, on our clothes and furniture and textiles. It is basically everywhere once the plants are ready to let them go!
