  • Paypal don’t share your financial information with the merchant (LightAir).
  • Paypal send you a confirmation email when you make a payment.

LightAir handles the following currencies: USD, Euro, GBP, CNY, KRW, SEK. Your purchase will be debited in the currency shown. In case of a return you will be refunded in the currency you paid in and to the account you used when making the purchase.

  • Once you have completed the order information and the payment, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to your registered email. This will have your order number, complete order details and shipping address. Please save it for your records.
  • Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt (Mon-Fri).
  • Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt (Mon-Fri).
  • Time for delivery vary depending on destination. We ship from our warehouses in USA or Sweden.

As soon as you placed the order you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and receipt.

We can help you to cancel without any cash withdrawal if the order has not left the warehouse. Once your order has been shipped we cannot cancel your order or edit the order details.

If you want to change the order we will help you cancel the first one if it has not left the warehouse and then you can go in and make a new one.
